FunKnee

"FunKnee" (Japanese title: Ito Hiza, full title: Ito Okashiki, Hiza Kozou) is a manga video series created by the Masked Singer DERE ELEGE. Launched in September 2025 as a "Hiza MANZAI" routine—a Japanese-style comedy exchange between the right and left knees, it has been serialized as four-panel manga short videos on TikTok and YouTube Shorts since November of the same year. Set in Tokyo during the summer of 2025, the mystery drama unfolds from the perspective of "two sentient knees" living in the body of a high school girl, as they unravel lost memories and the secrets connecting those around them.

Synopsis

One day, "Right Knee" and "Left Knee" suddenly awaken as the knees of high school girl Mikari. Holding fragmented memories of once being human, the two observe Mikari's daily life while attempting to decipher why they became knees and who they were in their past lives.

Involving Mikari's mother Manaka, her gyaru friend Ageha, and the mysterious author Hisashi Karasuma, the story gradually uncovers the hidden truth behind LiNA—a legendary singer who disappeared 18 years ago—and her best friend Miki who supported her.
